Scallop truffle mushroom crepe This crepe might look plain on the outside, but inside it was filled with numerous small scallops and mushrooms, all while covered in a thick creamy sauce which was absolutely delicious! Apple crumble crepe
My friend thought it was too sweet but I wholeheartedly disagreed as desserts are meant to be sweet! The plate was decorated with crispy crumbles, caramel sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream and the inside was filled with cinnamon baked soft apples. I liked mixing some crispy hard crumbles with a bite of soft crepe and apples, while topping it with the cool ice cream to have all the flavours and textures in one bite 😆😆 It was really apple pie but in a crepe form 😋 it wold be even nicer if they had as many apples as they did with scallops like our previous dish
Ruby mocha and lime soda
The ruby mocha was interesting as the ruby chocolate was more bitter than I expected and when I mixed it with the coffee, the coffee became thicker than I expected. It also made the coffee more distinct compared to normal coffee for me as it was weirdly sweet and sour/ bitter at the same time. It was kind of a puzzling mix but whenever I thought I wanted to stop, my hand reaches out for “one last sip” 🤣🤣 I guess that means even if I thought I didn’t like it, I actually liked it? Haha! The lime soda was as expected but won’t recommend stirring the lime too much though 🤣🤣
