I like how a hint of Cantonese salt & Pepper was mixed with the Japanese Mentaiko aroma, but not being too salty together. This is basically Nachos but replacing the tortilla chips with fish skins. The fish skins were thin and crispy, and not being soggy even after they were baked with those cheese and guacamole. All the toppings were done right and a generous amount of them were given to keep your fish skins flavorful.

Quite a simple drink with infusing candied lemon slice, orange juice and passion fruit sauce into soda. Right balance between sour and sweet.

All of their desserts lookem delicious and photogenic to me. Had a hard time choosing which to order and I eventually chose this one, which is less sweet, while I could get a bit of freshness from the tofu pudding and have some fun. The tofu pudding was shaped as a mountain and put into a glass bowl, topped with Charcoal Candy slice and decorated with edible gold that gave some crunchiness to the dessert. You can pour the black sesame paste into it and see it rains onto the snowy mountain.

The staff were friendly and attentive. However, there was quite a serious order missing problem that I have to remind them for checking my order for several times, but considering this retaurant has just opened for a few days, it is forgivable to give them time for adaptation.

Also be aware that the food preparing time was long. Make sure that you are not looking for a quick meal here.

Would still like to revisit here to try some other dishes.
