Seated before 8pm in the evening and order for a dinner set(soup/drink and dessert inclusive) and a bowl of noodles. We watched the lady who took our order returned to her position and focus on taking in takeaway orders... she continually prepares the soup and dessert combo into takeaway bags until someone in the kitchen shouted “soup has been sold out”.Our food never came for the entire twenty minutes.... Asked the same lady who took our order and we had to switch for ice tea because the soup

We watched the lady who took our order returned to her position and focus on taking in takeaway orders... she continually prepares the soup and dessert combo into takeaway bags until someone in the kitchen shouted “soup has been sold out”.
Our food never came for the entire twenty minutes.... Asked the same lady who took our order and we had to switch for ice tea because the soup was sold out... While minutes before, the same lady reassure another customer after the kitchen announcement that there is some servings left and would bring up to him later??
Had to urged her to check on the food prep but turns out; the only thing showed up minutes later was that newly added ice tea😯
The sequence of putting out dinner sets seem to priorities deliveries with either nice-looking desserts or takeaway boxes coming out of kitchen countertops.
