There are so many good wonton noodle shops in HK. I have a few favourites. Chee kei is one of them because the food is reliably good and all their stores are relatively modern. I was in Telford for a meeting. Not super familiar with the neighbourhood and so when I saw a familiar store I went there for a quick bite. Had wonton noodles- warm and yummy. Also had the herbal tea.
