Chiu chow style marinated tofu and egg with rice:
Even though I chose the cheapest items, the tofu and egg were really nice.The egg was hard boiled and the egg white was quite hard but fully flavoured with the marinade.
The tofu had strong soy bean taste and the saltiness of the marinade made it really delicious.I wish there was more rice though.
