The chicken steak was thick and thoroughly cooked through (sometimes cha Chan tengs leave the chicken a little raw in the middle because they’re probably in a rush but not here!). Nice golden crispy skin on the outside. My fried egg had a perfectly runny yolk. And the 蔥油 sauce! So good. A near perfect meal, and it’s only $48 (+$3 for cold drink). AND, it’s served all day. How great is that??
