Nathan Left is under M1 group, located on Harts Road in TST. At first I was a bit shock going to a bar for dinner, but then I was impressed immediately right after we reached the upper floor. There was a long bar on one side of the uppper floor with a wide variety well stocked drink and clean glasses and decanter. The other side was filled with entertainment, including a live stage, fools ball, private snooker room, or more. We were offered a super comfortable table with leather chairs. Greeted welcome with warm service. It was not too crowded upstairs at 6pm.

It was not too creamy and heavy which leaves us more room for our main course. The smell was amazing from the truffle and the taste was full of flavourful mushroom. There were lots of diced mushroom and truffle pieces in the soup.

Again, the smell was extraordinary when it was served in front of us. It was in rich solid orange colour which looks really appetitsing to us. There were some small chunks of lobster meat, top with cream foam and herbs.

Caesar Salad with Scottish Smoked Salmon ($98)

The portion was generous. The romain lettuce was fresh and crispy chunchy. The amount of fresh savory smoked salmon was also perfect for the salad, while the shaved parmesen cheese complemented nicely with everything.

Roasted Spanish Spare Ribs with cheese and sweet spicy sauce ($178)

We were actually a bit shocked with the serving size of this dish. We would hardly finish half of the ribs. Anyway, the texture of the pork was moist and juicy, yet, the taste was a bit too savory for us. Adding extra cheesy sauce on top was kind of unneccessary for us, we would rather prefer a dry rubbed or simply BBQ glazed spare ribs.

Linguine with Hokkaido scallop, bacon, asparagus, and garlic in abalone sauce ($148)

The linguine was semi al-dente and dressed generous with olive oil. The abalone flavour was quite strong but not overpowering the dish. The asaparagus gave a contrast texture to the dish, and the bacon and garlic just boosted the flavours even further. The whole thing was just so right and we cleared the whole plate in no time. 
Overall, it was a lovely meal with affordable price. We particularly liked the comfortable spacious ambient. It would be a great place to grab a few bites and some nice drinks.
