Another dramatic food showcase. When server opened the glass cover, not only the dry ice fog came out, we could also smell a subtly sweet smoky aroma. Iberico pork chops were infused in applewood made the meat truly divine, tender & juicy along w/a fat layer

This Spanish rice dish was prepared with fish, shrimps, squid, mussels & veggies. I like the rich tomato flavor base with a mixture of saffron, garlic, onion & the crunchy socarrat. A splash of ocean taste

Melty cheese was poured in front of us on the mildly-fragrant truffle & ham blackened toastie, such a fun dining experience w/all these gimmicks. Def a flavorful snack to share with friends
