Finally, we managed to try this cheesecake factory in HK. I really had no interest in coming at all when it first opened, where no reservations could be made, and everyone had to wait for hours in a long queue outside of the restaurant.So, that day my friend and I decided to come for a brunch. So, that day my friend and I decided to come for a brunch. The interior design was nice, very much similar to the one I visited in Canada. We ordered Fried Chicken and Waffle Benedict, and a Carrot Cake Cheese Cake. To be honest, I was not impressed. The chicken was dry. Poached eggs were good, and we got enough juice for the waffle. There was not enough Hollandaise sauce, especially when the chicken was dry, we really needed more sauce... Oh! One thing we liked! The potato cubes on the side! It was fired with onions. We loved the well-done onions, added more flavor to the potatoes too! Very tasty! Lol... we both liked the side dish more than the main on this one!

This Carrot Cake Cheese Cake might be a bad choice. It was too sweet, that my tooth ached while eating it. We loved the whipped cream on the side, which helped less the sweetness. The cream cheese icing on the top nice and rich. The cake itself, didn't feel like Carrot Cake Cheese Cake. It was more like we order a carrot cake, and a cheese cake. Maybe they just didn't match each other... but at the same time, the taste of both cakes mixing together was quite confusing...

Hmm... I think I will give it another chance. And next time I go, I'll go for a normal cheese cake, and no more chicken from this place.
