The quality of food was simply deplorable. Ingredients were simply not fresh which easily explained my diarrhea last that night. The sushi was soggy unlike what you would expect from any Japanese restaurant. The barbecued chicken wings were undercooked and so were the deep fried oysters which tasted cold and yes, undercooked.
The sashimi seemed okay which should be a given as it's unimaginable it could go wrong, having little to do with the chef himself.
The bill for two came to $480. I definitely felt stupid having driven all the way from Mei Foo for a meal like this.
