Great ambience to catch up with a couple of friends for a relaxing lunch. The set lunch Menu was good value as the food served was well presented and I heard very similar to portions served at dinner. The charred Brassicas was a refreshing change to a simple salad. The spinach was tender and the crispy kale offered some texture when mixed with the dressing.
The chicken wings lacked some flavor and wasn't that impressive, although the egg was served perfectly.
The carrot ravioli had a sweetness in the middle that paired well with the mushrooms and the crunchy buckwheat added for texture.
Braised beef short rib was very tender although a little on the salty side for my liking. Maybe serving it with a vinegary kind of their special preserved pickle instead of the salty one would have been better, however the chicken fat potatoes were super yummy.
The Seabass wasn't as flaky and soft to what I usually have and I found the oil a bit heavy surrounding the fish, although the crunchy almonds offered a nice texture, the flavors were amazing.
Overall a lovely experience with great enthusiastic servers. I would definitely come again for dinner as their menu would be more refined and have more variety
