‘Saya’ in Filipino means happy, and I am definitely more than ‘happy’ to have visited SAYA.We had the Gai Chor to begin with, and it was super tasty! Simple but flavorful. Continued with something fried, and because my friend was pescatarian, so we tried the Pla Phao, and the quality of the crusted fish was spot on! It was crispy on the exterior and sapid on the inside. It was lovely inside and out.Not only was the food good, but the cutlery, plates, and cups were selling the rural, island theme

Not only was the food good, but the cutlery, plates, and cups were selling the rural, island theme of the restaurant. There were leaves placed underneath the food, which I find lovely. The blue glass walls complement the light wooden chairs so well, almost like it was a restaurant in the ocean. I certainly recommend this place to try because I assure you it won’t disappoint.
