I've been visiting this restaurant few times this year. I tried the same kind of shop in Japan before, therefore, I can compare both of them which seems almost the same to me. Their pork chops are from Japan, same as the refillable cabbage which they cut them by human hands. My friends are quite picky on everything and they can notice the cabbage is really different from the local supply. The only thing I don't like is the mamagement because they only allow lunch reservations from Monday to Friday; for dinner and weekends lunch you gotta go early to avoid the wait. They used to give out stamp cards for you to either redeem free snacks or collect enough stamps to become a VIP(10% off) which can last for 6 months and they don't have it anymore, what a pity for a frequent customer like me, ha ha. Even though, I will still go back whenever I crave for Jap. fried pork chops and oysters. Shrimps and noodles are alright because they're not my favors. Set lunch are reasonable...a must TRY!!!
