Calamitous breakdown in order follow-up / 災難性的流單午餐

Well, one week after I gave a qualified thumbs-up, this happened: a complete and utter breakdown in the follow-up of orders this lunchtime. We think the orders never made the kitchen, but we may never know. Not just my table of 6, but at least 3-4 other tables too. Completely ruined my work colleagues’ first visit here and ranks as one of the worst things that can happened to ANY restaurant when they meltdown in the face of a fully-seated lunchtime. We think the orders never made the kitchen, but we may never know. Not just my table of 6, but at least 3-4 other tables too. Completely ruined my work colleagues’ first visit here and ranks as one of the worst things that can happened to ANY restaurant when they meltdown in the face of a fully-seated lunchtime. When you have waiters asking for YOUR copy of your order (instead of theirs) in order to chase up, 40-60 mins after your order, it’s as bad as it can get.

The preparation of the food in the end was rushed - and it showed. But by then, the damage was done.
