Operetta is one of the top iconic Italian place with a nice welcoming hostess team at the door. The food is excellent, and much better than before. A new chef (Luca De Berardinis if I am not wrong on the spelling) came on board from fine dining less than 1 year ago. He knows to share his passion with best ingredients and taste through his dishes. Each dish is a surprise for eyes and mouth even the mussels arrabiata sauce which is a simple dish but unforgettable taste! I never feel bored to try the same dish few times in that place which i barely do in other places usually. Pizza lover, here is the place to be for you with a thin & crispy dough. No dough leftover I can guarantee you. Traditional food from different region of Italy is driving this place with success. keep going, good job to the whole team !
