- Wagyu beef tartare with kinzanji miso
- Picked beetroot salad
- Gem lettuce salad with furikake
- Burrata mousse with plum
- Semi dried squid with picked pugua
- Corn fritter
- Broccolini with piperade sauce
- Pork belly with shiso and chilli
All the dishes were a decent surprise, and we can’t help to reorder a couple of them. We particularly enjoyed the Wagyu beef tartare and the pork belly! The diced beef is soft and tender with the right amount of seasoning. The pork belly has this melt in your mouth texture with a perfectly caramelised surface!
For main, you can choose from:
- Grilled salmon
- Iberico pork
- Three yellow chicken roulade
- Australian lamb rack
- Black ink crab meat carnaroli
- M7 wagyu bavette (+$120)
- Grilled whole Boston lobster (+$220)
We opted for the wagyu and lamb rack. Both meat are grilled perfectly to medium rare and are very tender and soft. The portion is also very generous!
The feast ends with a dessert platter with a vast selection of dessert including macaron, brownie, ice cream etc.
