美好年代 has been on my to try list for quite some time. This Brown Sugar Bubble Milk with Roasted Cheese Cap is absolutely amazing! As my friend commented, “everything is just so perfectly right to the point”. I opted for half sugar and less ice. The top roasted cheese cap layer was so so good! It’s so smooth with strong cheese flavor. The milk was so silky and thick, love it! And the bubbles were thoroughly cooked to be soft and chewy.
A nice surprise was when you drank all the milk, the cheese cap got to the bottom and wrapped the bubbles to make them even more delicious!
I could understand why my friend kept going back. I might as well, it’s so good to a point that it’s addictive!
