This is probably the best Brown Sugar Bubble Milk I have ever had in town! Every single time when I order a brown sugar bubble milk, I feel like placing a bet - Is it worth the calories? Would it be overly sweet? Would the bubbles be too chewy and stuffing?珍煮丹 manages to excel in all those aspects and makes the best brown sugar bubble milk in town (in my opinion). As usual, I opted for the least sugar amount available with just a bit of ice.
I think the trend of bubble milk/bubble milk tea is quieting down, or just because there are so many bubble milk tea shops around, long queues are no longer a scene. I could place my order immediately, and got my order after waiting for just 5 minutes.
First sip of the drink gave me a huge smoothing satisfaction! The milk has a thick texture and strong milky flavour, yet not sweet even with the brown sugar. The bubbles are properly cooked and not chewy or stuffing at all! Seriously, I wouldn’t mind the calories and get another one again as a pamper drink!
