Stir-Fried Eggs with Truffle, with Grilled Chicken, Toast:The fried eggs here were actually quite runny and good, surprising. It is a little bit too flat mind you, unlike the ones served in Australia Dairy or Wah Sing, due to different ways of cooking them. The so-called Truffles on top were surprisingly more aromatic and tasty than Wah Sing's version. I actually quite enjoyed this for what it is. The Chicken was ok, at least not as rubbery as the McDonald's Toy'R'us like version. Toast was cold, but then again if you've ever worked in a restaurant before, you'll know toasts turn cold the minute they leave the toaster, especially when in this Airport branch they're kind of pre-made.
Stick Rice Chicken:
糯米雞 here was very good. An utter surprise. The fragrance from the Lotus Leaf was so strong and aromatic it actually made me remember how unaromatic the version in Fook Lam Moon was like compared to here. The Sticky-Rice was slightly over-cooked but not that mushy, but what surprised me was that there was a WHOLE CHICKEN WING inside the 糯米雞, which was quite good. The below reviewer seems to have complained about the coldness of the same dish here, which I kind of agree with because the Airport branch's food occasionally hands out cold dishes, luckily this particular one, I received on this day, was at least warm and also very good!

This needs like $3 to upgrade from memory. Its not very good.
Hong Kong Milk Tea:
Its not bad for a chain. Considering, many famous Cha Chaan Teng's out there are over-rated in terms of their tea quality anyway.
