I can still recall the first time I have Brazilian cuisine was in Salt Lake City. Luckily, Dining Concept has brought such a meat-lover concept at Braza Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse, which occupies the Grand Progress Building featuring a Brazilian style lunch buffet.

Starting from salad bar loaded with leafy green salads, potato salad, smoked salmon and half seared tuna, daily soup and chicken stew, plenty of cured meats and cheese, in addition to a selection of unlimited grilled beef, pork, chicken as the main!

The waiter brings to the table some cut of beef sirloin, chicken wings and pork, but I guess my favourite is their signature picanha, the perfect cut skewered and hand carved at the table, tender, juicy and absolutely aromatic.

Charcoal Grilled Sirloin

While I thought I’m so stuffed and I couldn’t possibly get another piece of meat, I randomly grab a bread roll, which turns out surprisingly chewy and cheesy. It is a Brazilian Cheese Bread made with tapioca flour!
