Boiled King Crab Sea Urchin Rice in hot pot 皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯 $168 Irresistably good looking hot pot! Sea urchin and boiled king crab were definitely the highlights! The broth was also pleasantly aromatic! Enjoyed it! Abalone, Fish Tripe & Fish Maw with Soup Udon 鮑魚花膠魚肚魚湯烏冬 $138 This bowl was not accentuated enough in terms of fish essence. The udon was not my liking either, it was rather plain in fact, since they put the udon at the very end that seemingly fail to absorb the flavour. Quite disappointing
