Since I'm a cheesecake lover, there ain't much cheesecake in Hong Kong which I haven't tried, but Saint Honore's cheesecake had never really raised my interest. But today, I decided to give it a try.

Surprisingly, it was better than I expected. The texture was very hard, exactly the kind I love. The blueberry jam on top had just the right sweetness. It had a very rich cheese taste, and the biscuit base matched very well with the cheesecake (wasn't too hard or buttery).

It wasn't exactly a very big slice, so it wasn't too heavy.

Now I have another option when I crave for sweets.
