My wife planned to have a relaxed and long dinner during this long weekend, thus we took this opportunity to go to Uluru for dinner. It was a popular cafe among Wanchai district, located at Spring Garden Lane, Wan Chai. The theme was in black and white decor, with alot of couples and gal friends taking turns to take photos at their cartoonish walls. Lavender dream - This was one of their signature drinks, mixed with tea, lavender syrup, lavender, lychee puree and lychee. It was sweet and refreshing, with strong lavender taste.
Roasted cajun baby chicken with french fries - Roasted chicken was of half portion, and was roasted till the skin was soft and crispy. Chicken was chewy and smooth, with BBQ sauce provided to dip onto it. French fries was soft and crispy as well.
Nemophila No Oka - It was basically brownie, chocolate crumble and chocolate creamy in it. Brownie was chewy and thick in cocoa taste. There were alot of chocolate crumble, making it thick and creamy.
