It tastes much better than Japanese red bean pancake because they use glutinous rice flour, rather than bread flour for the production. So, it is a bit sticky but you definitely love the texture. The outside is a litte crispy and the inside is soft and sweety.
If you walk across Mongkok or Prince Edward, do go to buy one of this! Of course, better serve it immediately on the street!
