Been here a couple of times recenly by myself for lunch.Not sure why some of the local press rank it as one of the best sandwhich shops in HK. Overall I found the food here to be adequate and maybe even good, but it is definitely not great. I have tried the deep fried spring rolls, the pork knuckle sandwhich and the pork lemongrass sandwhich. I only have 2 minor quibbles: 1. The spring rolls were a bit oily, so much so that I didn't eat the lettuce they were served on as I usually do at othe

I only have 2 minor quibbles:
1. The spring rolls were a bit oily, so much so that I didn't eat the lettuce they were served on as I usually do at other places. .
2. The pork knuckle meat could have been sliced smaller (but not thinner) to make the sandwhich easier to eat.
I will be back next time I am in the mood for a sour, pickled vegatable laden sandwhich...
