Best roast goose I've had in Hong Kong. Yat Lok on Stanley street. 4 years on Michelin guide since 2015. However next time, I will not order the goose on soup, but separately, so as to preserve the crispy skin. Most delicious. I've seen the longest queues here but was walking past at 10.30am and there was no queue.
