Noticed this shop 1 day walking further along 七姊妹道 than normally do - big printed signages outside advertising their Duck Egg Hand Made noodles. Ate there and liked it - may be it was too dark then, but during the 2nd time onwards I noticed its one of the 150 Restaurants Mr Choi Lam frequently dines at : 牛腩&炸醬撈麵 - The 柱侯 marinated 牛腩 was PERFECT! Tasty through and through, with just the right amount of bite. No wonder this is the Signature Dish here! The 炸醬 flavouring was also very nice alth

The 炸醬 flavouring was also very nice although the pork was slightly thick in size. The thin noodles as 撈麵 was excellent, with a bounciful bite yet without overly so like chewing rubber bands - the coating of lard oil together with the above meat sauces went well as an unbeatable combo!
豬手麵 - Read someones comments below and came back to try their Pork Hand, which was marinaded really well, the skin was slightly chewy but some probably enjoy this texture a lot! The Thin Noodles was excellent in soup as well this time.
雲吞 - These were around half prawn and half pork with a bit of lard thrown in from memory. It wasn't memorable, but its definitely better than the ones at 永華麵家, the other shop which I really love their noodles but not their toppings, and that shop has more 'alkaline taste'. I like here much better!
魚旦魚片粗麵 - Forgot to take the photo - Jeeze, the 粗麵 are wonderful! Even more satisfying than the thin noodles in a way! Also hand made, it has some eggy/wheat taste and aroma and the perfect al dente texture. It will compete well with Italian artisanal pastas! The fish balls and fish cake slices were good, not much to complain about - even got some 魚片頭!
油菜 - Topped with a not too overwhelming Oyster Sauce, this was surprisingly very good! It didn't wash away the original chlorophyll freshness taste, which a lot of shops can't manage to achieve for some reason.
OVERALL, A REALLY GREAT TINY SHOP THAT SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS, NOT ONLY THAT, ITS BETTER THAN A LOT OF OTHER SO CALLED FAMOUS SHOPS! ITS ACTUALLY ADDICTIVE. NOT PERFECT: SOUPS AREN'T THAT GREAT BUT HAS PRAWN ROE TASTE (AND CONTAINS MSG). WONTONS ARE GREAT ARE I WOULD SAY ALREADY ABOVE-AVERAGE. HOWEVER, STILL WORTH A '5' PERSONALLY!
