Paul Lafayet makes the best macaron in HK. I have tried couple companies' macaron. They are neither too sweet nor too soft. Paul's macaron is just right and not pricy(comparing with others)They also have a big macaron cake. The staff recommended choco, caramel , ginger and rose flavors to us. Finally we got three little and a big macarons. The big rose macaron have rasberry inside, it tastes good but not artifical. It becomes my no. 1 favourite.The most special floavor is ginger.
