Once in a while I will miss those specialty restaurants in Japan that serve good katsu dishes, esp Tonkatsu - the breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet. The pork's very tender and not dry at all, which happen very often in an avg store. The nicely deep-fried crust is very cripsy, not too oily. The thickness and bite size's just right. The side-dish cabbage is fresh and sweet. They also have all the specialty sauce like Tonkatsu sosu, karashi (Jp mustard) and the fresh slice of lemon. The variety of sauce itself's quite an experience itself.

I also love their oyster katsu. It goes very well even without the rice.

I'm not particularly fond of curry. However it does go well with katsu dishes. Tastily rich but not too spicy.

This's some place I will certainly go back fr time to time.
