My partner and I come to Beef and Liberty at least once a month because there really is no other place like it. I've eaten a lot of burgers from all over the country and further but nothing compares to the burgers here.The simple but flavourful burgers really are the best around, I usually get the cheeseburger which comes with caramelised onions and I finish it in under 5 minutes. In fact I'm still at the restaurant writing this review waiting for my partner to finish his burger, I can't help it

The burger almost melts in the mouth, with a soft yet sweet taste from the onions. You can also get the burger cooked however you want too, I always go for rare and not many places do that correctly and to my taste.
I can't say much more, this is, and will continue to be, my favourite restaurant in Hong Kong. It's reasonably cheap, caters for everyone for every occasion, and simply amazing.
