Come and have a quite meal at this newly opened Japanese/Ramen restaurant at The One in Tsim Sha Tsui. There were only about 10 customers in this spacious restaurant with a mini-view when I went last Sunday. I ordered an assorted sashimi plate and spicy pork neck ramen.
Both orders were delicious! The sashimi came on top of a bowl of crushed ice which kept it cold for the duration of my meal. The salmon and tuna were absolutely yummy! Sadly, the shrimp sashimi didn't impress me.
The spicy pork neck ramen was very tasty and I couldn't help but slurp the soup up! The pork neck was tender, the ramen wasn't doughy and have I mentioned that the soup was really just amazing? Yeah, it was. And, it wasn't really spicy per se. There was a hint of spice but nothing too strong to keep anyone from slurping it up and enjoying hot ramen on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
