I'm working at Tsim Sha Tsui Miramar Tower, so I always go this restaurant for lunch. I have my lunch w/ my colleague at "Jyo Sushi" again yesterday, really make me feel so disappointed, a poor experience. Food Quality and service become poor. I ordered the smokey fish, it taste salty and size become smaller than before. The waitress didn't make apologize for the wrong and late order, and answered us with poor attitude. Specially one of the waitress who have short hair cut and look likes a M

The waitress didn't make apologize for the wrong and late order, and answered us with poor attitude. Specially one of the waitress who have short hair cut and look likes a Man. My colleague ordered the Chicken Udon set, we reminded the waitress to follow up the order for more than 3 times and the chef spent more than 40 mins to prepare the food in finally.
No manager stay in the shop due to our visit, the surpervisor can't help to solve the problem eventhough we made the complaint.
