Booked a table online however when I arrived they had no record. Then told me I could sit anywhere.My friend and I came here because we had a voucher in the Entertainer app for one main meal free. When we sat down we were told by the wait staff that the offer is not valid at lunchtime however this is clearly against the app's terms of use. My friend and I came here because we had a voucher in the Entertainer app for one main meal free. When we sat down we were told by the wait staff that the offer is not valid at lunchtime however this is clearly against the app's terms of use.
I asked to speak to the manager and the waitress fetched somebody else who I believe was another wait staff who said the same thing. I asked for the name and contact of the manager and he said he would go and write it down and give to me. He never returned. Towards the end of the meal I asked to speak to the manager and this time somebody new came who identified himself as "BG". He also declined to use the voucher even after I showed him the terms of use. He told me it wasn't his problem and to speak to the Entertainer app company.
The fact I can't use a voucher is not a big deal, but the whole attitude of the staff and the way they treat their customers was terrible. The food was OK once it arrived but I will not come here again. I would rather give my money to a team of people who actually appreciate my business.
