BAD SERVICE, Never go again

I'm not member, but I think everyone who have gone there can comment on it. Food actually is not cheap as quantity is smaller then normal. The main point is that the TABLE ASSIGNMENT SERVICE IS REALLY BAD, a lady table assigner assign 2 of us to a small wooden table then disappear, we have to stand beside the table to wait for waiter to clean up, when the table with sofa beside have seats and we request for change, a waiter siad it is already assigned to the next customer, I ask him how many pe

The main point is that the TABLE ASSIGNMENT SERVICE IS REALLY BAD, a lady table assigner assign 2 of us to a small wooden table then disappear, we have to stand beside the table to wait for waiter to clean up, when the table with sofa beside have seats and we request for change, a waiter siad it is already assigned to the next customer, I ask him how many people they have, he said "3", in fact only "2"!!! he said will arrange for us for next table, when next table pay the bill, we remind for the change, the lady table assigner said "we can't change seat unless no people wait outside UNTIL THE CUSTOMER LEAVE THE SEAT", what a suprise? How come she can't hold the table for us who have come earlier? when the customer leave, no one line up, we wait for change, but that lady table assigner said have new customer come!!! She let us strongly feel that she don't plan to change seat for us at the very begining. We can't enjoy any food with such "service", totally not professional. It really distroy our mood to visit the mall. Resturant management level please bewear.
