I got a bad experince in this Japanese restaurant as well... I went there for wz my friends for dinner last week. There're so busy and we expected that dishes and services would be great. Yes,really, food were really great n delicious but not service at all!!!...I still remember that we asked for filling tea for few times, and that female manager did not response to us and at last she even said "得啦!得啦!加茶丫嘛!!"...And we could see that she was not polite to the other customers too...for example,

We are customers, we pay for food and also service... Most Japanese restuarants in HK offer polite and quality service...but how come the service of this Japanese restuarant in Central can be like this??!...huh..?!
Especially she is a manager...She is the most important one to lead her team to provide good service!!...She should be a good demostration to her team!!...But I don't think she was!
So,food in there are worth to try but pls think about the "quality service" before you go there!!
