Awfully impolite Waitress

An Indian look Waitress was very rude to me. She always came to my table saying that I was not welcome, at least four times. I booked two rooms for four months for long stay, with a total of $8,000 dining credit each month. I had a terrible experience during my recent visit on 1st October. I reserved a nice table well in advance to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My husband abd I arrived before noon and was the first one to enter the restaurant. An Indian look Waitress was very rude to me. She always came to my table saying that I was not welcome, at least four times. I booked two rooms for four months for long stay, with a total of $8,000 dining credit each month. I had a terrible experience during my recent visit on 1st October. I reserved a nice table well in advance to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My husband abd I arrived before noon and was the first one to enter the restaurant. The waitress assigned us a table with revolving chairs for fine dining, facing Kowloon East. I requested her to change to another table, but she responded very rudely and reluctantly changed a table with broken blind under the hot sun. It was very hot at noon. She also deliberately served very hard and overcooked bread to us and one basket for four persons. We felt let down and asked for one more basket. It took quite a long while and the hard bread was served finally. The dessert was a shock to me because she brought this cake without a candle and no greeting words on the plate. As the restaurant promised to give me a small candle plus Happy Birthday words on the plate for free, provided that you ordered lunch set menu and should select cake at $388 plus 10%. My daughter was very angry due to her bad behavior. I will never never go to this restaurant again. Though the restaurant has a beautiful harbour view but the food is not tasty, especially the tea set.
