Their restaurant recently had a promotion where a set meal included most of their award winning dishes.Their Dim Sum presentation looked amazing. However, initially, they forgot to introduce it and whether any order we should enjoy it so I ended up eating the sweet dim sum(sticky dumpling) first.Subsequently all dishes were introduced. Subsequently all dishes were introduced. I love how the next dish incorporated lamb in so many different ways without the smell overpowering all the ingredients.
For this dish, despite it looked really impressive, I felt the large eggplant slightly dilute the flavors of the other ingredients.
The garoupa and deep fried mushrooms, despite not being their award winning dish, was actually richer in terms of flavors.
There was some delay for the chicken dish. We didn't mind actually as we were chatting non-stop about work. We were surprised when they apologized and offered the barbecued pork while we were waiting. Definitely good service.
The chicken was tender and the aroma of the liqour was just right.
My favorite dish was their lobster bisque with poached seafood and crispy rice. The prawn and scallop was perfectly cooked and adding the crispy rice in the end was a great way to enjoy every drop of the bisque.
Their dessert was a perfect ending. The slight bitterness of the lychee tea complemented the chocolate dessert well.
