Beware that all foods are overcooked! The so-called “Boston lobsters” was as dry as rubber erasers. Even the oyster of the appetizer was totally dried up and tasted more like dried oysters (蠔豉). The Australian Wagyu was 100% cooked while my instruction was medium. Pasta & Risotto were served on a nice looking plate with a capacity of a small rice bowl. Finally, after all the tortures the best dish of the day was served: a tiny dessert cheese cake with beverages. Very unsatisfied with the bill be
