My first and last dining experience at ARIA.Most of the dishes on the menu were sold out or no longer available.The restaurant has run out of the cherry tomatoes for the burrata, so if we wanted to replace them with another kind of tomato, additional $100 to be added.Fish selections were not available.The chicken had bee changed to a X'mas version with stuffing and the Lamb Chops were sold out as well.Considering the recent situation with the F&B Industry in HK, it was surprising to see and expe

Considering the recent situation with the F&B Industry in HK, it was surprising to see and
experience a restaurant operate in such a manner.
Probably on the it's last legs and would not be surprised if it were to shut down soon.
Highly NOT recommended.
