for some reasons, vietnanese food is suddenly quite popular in hong kong. however, up to this date, i still find the beef noodles in vietnam to be the best.this new place, pho 26, is obviously copying its name from pho 24 in vietnam. pho 24 is a chain restaurant in vietnam and i just llloooovvvveeee their pho. can pho 26 compete?well, the answer is yes, but not quite. i was quite full when i came for dinner, and there were only two of us, so we didnt order much food. they have a special bee

well, the answer is yes, but not quite. i was quite full when i came for dinner, and there were only two of us, so we didnt order much food. they have a special beef noodles that comes in a tomato soup base. we tried that instead of the original beef soup.

the noodles came in a gigantic bowl! you can order additional toppings, and we ordered two: beef and something else which i cant remember. only $56!!!!

i was not disappointed. i was quite impressed and surprised actually. because the reviews on openrice seems half half, so i did not expect much.

definitely another good choice for vietnamese noodles.
