My friend and I had an amazing time at a stylish and cozy bar near the Central escalators in SoHo ! The atmosphere was perfect with a semi-open terrace that allowed us to unwind and enjoy the evening. The wine selection was truly impressive.We kicked things off with a Mixed Platter, featuring 18-month Comté, Truffle Manchego, salami, and ham. The Truffle Manchego was my favorite, bursting with rich truffle flavor that paired beautifully with the wine.Next, we tried the Beef Tartare on Cracker.

Next, we tried the Beef Tartare on Cracker. The beef was perfectly textured, maintaining its freshness while the crunchy cracker added an extra layer of flavor. It was an excellent match with our red wine!
We also ordered Eggplant Empanadas, which were hot and crispy. The filling of eggplant and a hint of tomato sauce brought a refreshing tang to the dish, making it a delightful treat.
We were especially impressed by their Escargots—these French snails were a delightful surprise! Wrapped in a crispy shell and paired with a rich, flavorful sauce, they were simply irresistible when baked hot.
We enjoyed sipping on Laurent Lequart Reserve Extra Brut and Gentle Folk from Domaine Dubois, which elevated our tasting experience even more.
