Their cha siu is the traditional style without the excessive red coloring. It has a strong pork flavor and a meater texture when compared to those fancy Japanese pork cha siu in restaurants. They only use fresh pork and you can definitely taste the difference.

They have the perfect 半肥瘦 and their marinate ain’t overly sweet either. There are also good charred bits as well. Quite a perfect cha siu.

We turned it into a huge ass homemade version黯然銷魂飯 with 燶邊蛋! So goooood🤤

In comparison, their bbq ribs are not as good. Too much bone and the marinate is way too salty. Let’s stick with the cha siu.
