My wife needed to work on the evening of the first day of CNY and we decided to have afternoon snack at Simply Life @ Popcorn. Luckily, we only waited for 5 mins and was directed to a table. The waiter said lunch was last call and we managed to order a burger with frites & a cod with rice. Drinks were included in the set lunch. The waiters were attentive and food arrived within 15 minutes. The frites, I believe, was intended to "deep" fried to give a more crispy feel. The cod was well cook
The waiters were attentive and food arrived within 15 minutes. The frites, I believe, was intended to "deep" fried to give a more crispy feel. The cod was well cooked and overall the dining experience was delightful. Price was reasonable and I always wonder why many restaurants producing similar food but of lower food quality can dare to charge the same price.
Simply Life is probably the best western restaurant one could find in TKO area. I hope there are more of these restaurants serving this area in future.
題外話/補充資料：
We were seated near the area where we observed their staff resting (probably taking a break). It is understandable but I always wonder why the restaurant could not make a partition to separate customers and their staff (while taking a rest)
