When it comes to Japanese cuisine, it's very hard to pick only a few items, so all-you-can-eat is definitely a smart choice to go for. For the roasting sushi, Roasting Japanese Beef Sushi And Rock Salt is the highlight, the beef is really tasty and tender. The other one I got is the Roasting Snow Crab Stick Sushi with thousand Island dressing.
There are lot of choices for sashimi, from salmon, jumbo prawn, sweet shrimp, herring, fatty swordfish and scallop and much more. They are all very fresh and well presented.
For the special sushi, the sea urchin sushi is another must try for uni lovers. There are also creative sushi, like scallop with seaweed and fatty tuna.
The mini hand roll, there is a choice of sea urchin, Tako wasabi and my favorite definitely is sashmi hand roll with cod roe sauce.
As I also like cooked dishes, I have ordered tempura and seafood congee with crabmeat. A delicious congee is a good round up for a fulfilling meal.
For desserts, I have selected the flavour of chocolate and a limited edition cheesecake.
I am actually quite surprised that they got so many kinds of different drinks, although I cannot taste them all, yet I am really glad that they have many choices no matter is hot or iced drinks.
