Looking for a place to settle our dinner, we chanced upon this goose restaurant and was attracted by their goose displayed on the glass window. Yum Yum Goose & Co was located at Man Tai Street, just beside Whampoa MTR. Their menu was straight-forward, offering purely goose and pork meat, with all sorts of parts available. Their menu was straight-forward, offering purely goose and pork meat, with all sorts of parts available. Besides that, they offered set menu and drinks etc.
Tai Wo soya bean was smooth and sweet, with strong soy bean taste.
Goose drumstick rice - The chef was generous with the serving, with the meat covering almost all the rice. Goose was juicy and chewy, with lean fat in between. Sauce was provided to enhance the flavour.
Braised egg was juicy and flavourful, absorbing the essence of the braised gravy.
Braised pork belly - It was fatty and juicy, almost melting in my mouth.
