Ultimately, we chose the Cow Bone soup, local beef platter and a plate of vegetables, which was more than enough for the two of us.
Most significantly, the beef platter had 14 different types of beef cuts, every one of them different in texture and taste than the other. As seen in the menu, you can also cook them for a different amount of time. I enjoyed the chuck region the most as the meat had a good texture in the mouth and absorbed the soup well.
