A Taste of Taiwanese Breakfast Food

Living in Kowloon East, visiting Aberdeen feels like a mini day trip,as it takes about 3 hours for round trip. And Mad Three is just barely worth the trip.Mad Three is famous for their signature Taiwanese food. I saved the coffee for cafe hopping later.I got this bowl of Braised Pork Rice with Japanese soy sauce, tofu, homemade pickled cucumber, sunny-side up egg and vegetables.  I got this bowl of Braised Pork Rice with Japanese soy sauce, tofu, homemade pickled cucumber, sunny-side up egg and vegetables. The braised pork was more on the sweet side, which is like Tainan flavor. Portion was a bit small, as in you might not be full even if you finish everything. Nothing really special about this braised pork rice.

 I actually came for this egg omelette, as I have always wanted to try this Taiwanese breakfast food. I love it dearly, as this crepe like egg omelette is so tasty with the corned beef and cheese! Can’t have enough of it! The sweet dressing isn’t what I really like though.
