Cha Chan Tang is a word used to describe bistros in Hong Kong which serve a prescribed menu. These restaurants are usually very crowded, shared tables with fast serving foods. Don't expect any expensive or exquisite food items here because as I said it's very local. Lan Fong Yuen is already an upgraded version of Cha Chan Tang to cater the needs of tourists (better interior and hygiene conditions, Buy still no translated menu) Pork Chop Bun: Imagine a burger bun with half fried pork chop instead

Pork Chop Bun: Imagine a burger bun with half fried pork chop instead of beef patty coupled with tomato and mayo - a reworked version Hon Kong style burger. It would be superb if the toasted the bun but the bun tasted great for 25 dollars worth.

If you are looking for a quick meal before you head to Macau (that's me anyway), would be one of the alternative choices to the fast food chain on the 2nd floor.
