A relaxing lunch at WaterFront with sea view!

As a lost boy studying an university, sometimes I will have a chnace to bring some exchange students to dine at various restaurants and this brought us to WaterFront during our visit in Stanly last weekWhile the main street is full of bars and western restaurants, this local restuant was quite standing out among them. While the main street is full of bars and western restaurants, this local restuant was quite standing out among them. Although it's small, you can feel the human touch from the design and the hospitality of the shop owner, it's always a good choice for experiencing the local cluture


FOOD


The restuant actually provide quite a number of choices, from spagetti to oily noodles with differet ingredients such as wonton and fishball. There are also snacks like fries and toast, excellent choices for afternoon tea

 Talking about local food, a wonton noodles is a must-order dish. I won't say it was exceptionally good or it has something very unique, but it was not bad!
At least there are four BIG wonton XDD And I think the shop cooked the noodles just right, not overcooked and absorbed too much water from the soup. So I think it's totally ok to order it!
Beefball Noodles

 The beefball noodles is another classic dish to order, but instead of oily noodles, we have order rice stick noddles instead. Again the noodles is well cooked and the beefball is BIG also
 but to us, the most amazing thing is that the amount of vegetables are large, normally, you can only get half of them from a bowl of noodle
Maybe that's not a major concern, but it is definitely a plus to this dish.

DRINK

The restaurants provide a list of drinks, like coffee or juices, but I guess the most attractive one is the cocount drink, I mean you can drink from the WHOLE cocunt

 Before we order it, we asked the table next to us and the lovely couple told us that was sweet. Well, when we order one and took the first slip...
It was a little bit disappointed as the coconut juice didn't tsate that sweet, though it had heavy coconut smell with it, plus it was quite pricy. (I hope that was only a bad luck for us
) So we suggest to try another drink unless you are a real coconut lover

All in all, it was a pleseant experince to have lunch in this restaurant and the sea view is spectacular!!
 Just spare a bit more time when you plan to visit here as it took quite a while for the food to be served, but it was wonderful that the shop owner can speak English fluently
