Finally decided to try out Interval Coffee Bar. It's been open for a while and probably one of the most convenient locations ever. Located in Wellington Street, it's not even hidden in some side alley. It's an interesting place as it serves coffee during the day but at night, it's serves coffee based cocktails only.I ordered a latte ($38). They also offer food. Menu in English. There is no 10% service charge. The latte art was pretty. The temperature was just right. And the coffee ... went down

And the coffee ... went down smooth with a slight nutty after taste. Not a bad cup of coffee. The only thing is the place was the customers were very noisy. I guess due to the convenient location, it just attracts more customers and thus more busy. May be back or just try some where else.
